This is my Island Batik Ambassador Project for October. Our theme is paper piecing – either English or Foundation. I choose English paper piecing because I needed something for a car trip and one block is nearly done. I have to decide if it has other blocks join it or does it remain a stand alone block. Time will tell. Also, in a few days you will see my quarterly goals. There are two UFO projects I am fairly certain will not finish for the year, but that is OK. Both are handwork and larger projects, but right now it looks like there is some progress on at least one of them!

It’s quite lovely!
Beautiful block. Thanks for linking up with Elm Street Quilts One Monthly Goal and good luck with your project.
Having handwork for a trip is such a good plan. I look forward to seeing if it gets any friends!
Great colors! I have never done any EPP – I like the shape of these. Island Batiks for the win!
Lovely! I think I got the same fabrics from Island Batik? I love, love what you’ve done with them so far. Hope this grows and grows! So pretty. Thanks for linking up to Wednesday Wait Loss.
