Partners in Design 2020 QAL Announcement

We have let it slip here and there that there is a new Quilt Along (QAL) coming. Partners in Design had their first QAL in 2017 and this will be our 4th QAL. It gives us such joy to share our patterns and we are so excited by the new theme and working with all our terrific followers!

Just to refresh your memory, the above slideshow will remind you of our prior themes. I also included our 2019 Holiday Gifts to You, which was a way of saying hello and sharing a pattern that you could enjoy or give for a present.

So without further ado, I am so pleased to announce our that our theme is a nautical one, or nauti-qal as we briefly referred to it. It shall be known as QAL By the Sea (#qalbythesea) and it should be a fun one to work on to finish up your summer (above the equator) and finish just before the end of the year rush is upon us.

How to Participate:
1. Join the Facebook page. The top post will have the current pattern.
2. Our patterns release Tuesday at 8 am EST.
3. Patterns are free until the end of the QAL. Some designers keep them free, others don’t so download during the QAL.

Whats normal about this QAL?
*Any level of sewist is welcome.
*Designs will be secret until the release date.
*Patterns/designs are released weekly on Tuesdays.
*Prizes will be awarded at the end of each segment.
