I am running a giveaway here and wanted to thank the folks for the generous giveaway items I received over the past few weeks. My giveaway is some Island Batik fabrics, but really, play along – you too can win!
What a generous quilting community! I received all these things for a tutorial I posted on Quilting Jetgirl and Meadow Mist Design’s Tips and Tutorials Festival in November. I encourage you to play along you never know what will happen!
Isn’t this Olfa rotary cutter gorgeous! I have been wanting to get an endurance blade and can’t wait to try it. You can never have enough rotary cutters and boy do I love the quick change option! When I worked in a quilt store so many people came in with the blade on wrong – wobbly cuts abounded. This fixes that problem.
The batting is terrific. I have been using a lot more Hobbs as an Island Batik ambassador and really like it. I can’t wait to try the silk – it will be for a very special project.
How about this fabric? It’s designed by Sarah J and oh so inviting. There is a selfish me-quilt in this. I have little pink in my life and the flannel and is just so cozy. I have some florals I may use on the front – a design to be worked on in 2019.
Then there are the generous pattern donations from Meadow Mist Designs and Honey Bunny and Doll. And, I also received a 6 month subscription from Make Modern. I am feeling totally blessed.

What a lovely collection of flannels! I will be interested to see how you use the flannel. I have to put the endurance blade on my list as I keep forgetting to pick one up to try.
